Trunk or Treat 2022 | Call for Volunteers

PTSA is looking for support for our upcoming (second annual!) Trunk-or-Treat and Snack Drive. Last year, this event enabled PTSA to contribute snacks to classrooms across the school for the duration of the school year and we look forward to another successful (and fun!) evening this year.

This year's event will be held in front of South Shore on Thursday, October 27th from 6-8PM. In order to host a successful event, we are looking for volunteers for the following:

• Planning - We are looking for a few folks to help coordinate this event for PTSA. If you can help with planning, please email me directly at volunteer@southshoreptsa.org.

• Host a Trunk - If you can dress up the car of your trunk (or bike! or a table!) to pass out candy at the event, please sign up directly on our signupgenius page. This could be a good opportunity to co-host with another individual or family. If you are able to provide candy, please indicate so in the notes for us otherwise PTSA will be supplying a few bags as needed.

• Activity Host - Last year we had chalk stations, pumpkin tic-tac-toe, and a ring toss. If you can host a small activity or game in front of the school during the event, please sign up directly on our signupgenius page.

• Collect Snacks - If you are able to be present to collect snack donations during the event, please sign up directly on our signupgenius page.
