Help me give my students books for book clubs! Levelled book clubs help students to be successful and grow as independent readers.
The books you purchase will help to enhance the inquisitive classroom that I strive to create. When students complete a chapter book as a group, they feel proud of themselves! The books I am asking for will go in my class library or be used for book clubs. Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and students are thankful for the opportunities to read. Books are chosen with students in mind, and levelled book clubs will help our students become independent readers.
With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level.
Many of the texts we work with are digital, and the opportunity to hold good books in their hands and finish them as a group is one that sticks with students for the rest of their lives.
