Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for South Shore students

Where: South Shore (line up outside of the PreK in front of the school)

When: December 10, 8AM-12PM

Sponsored by: Seattle Schools in partnership with Othello Pharmacy and Somali Health Board

2nd doses will be available for students who received their first dose on 11/19 and there will be some 1st doses available, too. Please contact Nurse Hilary with any questions about the clinic: southshore.nurse@seattleschools.org. Kids will need a signed form in hand to participate. Parent presence is preferred by not required. Time out of class to get vaccinated and recover from any post-vaccine discomfort is excused.

The vaccine clinic will be held in the "KidsCo Room" which we have been using as a protected health care room this fall. Families will line up outside of the Pre K gates in front of school and follow signage and directions to prepare for vaccines. We expect it to be quite crowded initially and that folks will need to wait outside. Please wear a coat. Please be patient with staff and volunteers, and one another.

Parking will be along Henderson, side streets, and at the far end of the staff lot by the tennis courts. Do not leave valuables in your car as there have been many break-ins recently. Park with caution--the lot is very crowded. South Shore is still a closed campus. Families will not be able to enter campus from the clinic.
