South Shore PTSA is thrilled to be participating in the Southeast Seattle Schools Fundraising Alliance to raise money for all of our schools. At South Shore, we are celebrating the Move-a-thon by encouraging our students to explore the Bingo Card at home and in gym class, and we are having a move-a-thon Assembly in the Gym on Monday March 6th @1.30pm, with music from our talented Middle School Band/newly formed Drum line!
Your student should have received their Bingo Board-- ask them about it! You can do the activities with them!
Every student is invited to dance, play, move, and have fun.
Fundraising is optional, but students and their families can ask
neighbors, friends and family members to donate any amount of
money to support our coalition of schools.
Here are some facts about the Move-a-thon:
This year's Move-a-thon Kick-off Assembly will be on Monday, March 6th @1.30pm.
During gym class for the nest 2 weeks, students will get to participate in fun activities like dance party, glow sticks dances, obstacle course..

Donation online or Collect cash/checks and turn into South Shore Front Office/PTSA BOX in a sealed envelope by 03/24 : no amount too small!
Students do not need to return bingo sheets. All enrolled students will be receiving a prize!
Our goal is to raise money to support many programs at our school and our coalition schools including:
❖ Classroom supplies
❖ Mini-Grant for teachers
❖ Music instruments, like the Drums for Drum line!, art supplies, ..
❖ New library books
❖ After school enrichment programs and financial aid,...
